30-Day Implementation Guarantee
The Leadership to Loyalty System — Founding Member program comes with a 30-day implementation guarantee. Complete the onboarding, engage the first two Stewardship Principles with your team, and apply the framework inside the Culture Architect App. If you do not see meaningful clarity and directional shift in your leadership culture within 30 days, email us at Carlton@CarltonMPerkins.com, show us the work was done, and we will issue a full refund of your enrollment fee.
Physical Products
Books and other physical materials may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned in original condition.
Digital Products and Course Access
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the 30-day guarantee window, you may request a full refund. After the 30-day window has passed, refunds are not available for digital products and course access.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
